You will receive a booking confirmation with a short pre-call brief, a few questions to help us understand your situation before we speak. No lengthy forms. Five minutes at most.

The Advisory Call

90–120 minutes. We cover the process, the fee structures, the selection criteria, your situation, and your objectives. You leave knowing what you didn't know before. A recommendation follows.

The Recommendation

Based on the call, we identify the advisors best matched to your transaction and your objectives. Within a few days you receive the recommendation with our rationale for each.

The Introduction & Beyond

A warm formal introduction, video call or in person. We remain available through the back-and-forth that follows until you have chosen your advisor and are ready to begin.

M&A Concierge works with a select group of advisory firms across the Australian mid-market. If you believe your firm's track record, sector focus, and deal size experience are relevant to our referral network, we'd love to hear from you.

Inclusion in the database is based on sector coverage, deal size focus, and completed transaction activity, not on commercial arrangements or relationship history. The referral fee structure is flat and disclosed upfront.

Referrals are pre-qualified: business owners who arrive at an introduction have completed an advisory call and understand the process, the fees, and what they are looking for.

Flat referral fee percentage, the same rate across all mandates, disclosed and agreed before any introduction is made.

Sector and deal size matching: we only refer business owners to advisors whose track record is relevant to the specific transaction.
